We'll can discuss ruby specs include mvm spec at Ruby spec meeting,
isn't it? Is date fixed?

Current our status:

 We are re-writing bootstrap of CRuby interpreter.
 Re-view bootstrap APIs and thread APIs.
 At the result of discussion with nobu, we need 3 or more
 APIs to initialize a VM and run ruby program on it.

Yes, discussion at ruby spec meeting would be a good time to talk about
mvm. Perhaps we should try to propose a first meeting early next week to
get everyone together.

Also, there is now #rubyspec on freenode where folks interested in specs
can discuss.
