Current API

Hi,

We uploaded current API design on a Wiki.

We have be summarizing a technical report, but it seems unable to send
it in this year. For the moment we upload APIs.

Nobu and I hold a meeting per week. The progress of hacking also
delayed because of 1.9.1 schedule and accidental difficulty in
initialize/destructing phase. We hope we can show you our achievements
next Jan.
